Trevor M. Biglin, Esq.

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Legal Officer

Trevor M. Biglin serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Medical Accounts Systems, where he oversees the company's operational strategy, legal initiatives, complex revenue recovery efforts, and client engagement across MAS's national healthcare portfolio.

As a practicing attorney with a background in healthcare reimbursement litigation, managed care disputes, and complex collections, Trevor plays a central role in the development and execution of MAS's attorney driven revenue cycle model. His work focuses on helping healthcare providers resolve high-value reimbursement challenges, recover aged accounts receivable, navigate payor disputes, and maximize revenue through operational and legal intervention strategies.

Over the course of his tenure with MAS and Abril Law, Trevor has helped expand the organization's recovery efforts nationwide, representing and supporting a diverse range of healthcare providers including rehabilitation hospital systems, critical access hospitals, independent laboratories, physician groups, and acute care facilities. He has been actively involved in the growth and oversight of large-scale reimbursement initiatives involving complex denials, underpayments, coordination of benefits disputes, managed care litigation, workers' compensation claims, third-party liability matters, and legally intensive accounts receivable recovery projects.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Trevor works closely with MAS leadership to oversee operational performance, client strategy, revenue recovery initiatives, and the continued expansion of the company's service offerings and national client relationships. As Chief Legal Officer, he supervises the company's legal services division, including litigation oversight, pre-litigation appeals, arbitration strategy, and payor escalation efforts involving issues such as authorization denials, timely filing disputes, medical necessity determinations, retrospective audits, non-contracted reimbursement disputes, and complex managed care issues.

Trevor earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Miami before beginning his professional career in the corporate sector. He later returned to the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude.

Throughout his career, Trevor has developed collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and managed care organizations throughout the industry. His approach emphasizes strategic problem solving and operational efficiency, with a focus on resolving reimbursement disputes proactively while positioning clients for long-term financial success.
