Ben Solomon

A nationally recognized attorney, entrepreneur, and business executive, Ben has built and managed multiple successful companies across the legal, real estate, technology, and financial services sectors. His background in high-volume collections operations, complex litigation management, business development, and organizational leadership provides MAS with a unique operational perspective that strengthens the company's ability to deliver sophisticated recovery and reimbursement solutions for healthcare providers nationwide.

In addition to his leadership role at MAS, Ben is the Founder and Managing Partner of Solomon Cooperman Recondo Shapiro Abril & Wolfe LLP and Association Law Group, P.L., prominent Florida-based law firms representing developers, financial institutions, investors, associations, hotels, REITs, and corporate clients throughout the United States. Under Ben's leadership, his organizations have overseen and resolved more than 25,000 collection and recovery matters and recovered hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of clients. His experience building scalable operational systems and legally intensive recovery platforms has translated directly into MAS's continued expansion and national growth strategy.

Ben's legal and business experience spans complex collections, commercial litigation, receivership matters, real estate transactions, corporate operations, contract negotiations, and large-scale asset recovery initiatives involving billions of dollars in underlying transactions and assets. Throughout his career, he has advised developers, corporations, banks, and institutional stakeholders on operational efficiency, risk management, and long-term strategic growth.

Before founding his firms, Ben practiced law with the national law firm Duane Morris LLP, where he represented some of the country's largest builders and developers. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University, with a concentration in Public Relations, before obtaining his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ben is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Voting Portals, a technology platform developed to provide legally compliant digital voting solutions for regulated industries and organizations.
