Our commitment
Medical Accounts Systems, Inc. believes digital accessibility is a basic part of how a healthcare-services company should operate. We design and build masrecovery.com with accessibility in mind, train our team to consider it in our day-to-day work, and treat accessibility issues with the same urgency as other operational defects.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. Where applicable, our practices are also informed by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Features built in
- Semantic structure. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and lists so screen readers can navigate them in a meaningful order.
- Keyboard support. All interactive elements — navigation, dropdowns, the mega menu, FAQ accordions, the Quick Inquiry modal — can be operated with the keyboard alone. Visible focus styles are preserved.
- Color contrast. Text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Reduced motion. Reveal animations and parallax effects respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query and turn off for visitors who request reduced motion. - Alt text. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Responsive design. Layouts scale from small phones to large desktops, supporting browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
- Forms. Inputs are labeled, required fields are announced, and errors are described in text — not signaled by color alone.
- Captions & transcripts. Where we publish video, we work toward including captions or accompanying text.
Known limitations
Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a finish line. Some content on the site — particularly older third-party embeds and documents — may not yet fully meet our target. We are actively prioritizing remediation. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us using the contact details below and we will treat it as a priority.
Assistive technology we test with
- Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), TalkBack (Android).
- Browsers: current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
- Operating systems: current versions of macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android.

Formal complaints
We try to resolve concerns directly, but you may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate against any individual for raising a good-faith accessibility concern.
